As part of our international process optimisation, Pauline from our StramACADEMY changed jobs in Straubing and worked at our US site in Duncan, South Carolina, for around two months.

On site, she supported the team, primarily with SAP processes relating to customer orders, purchase orders and invoices, while fully covering for an employee on holiday and training a new colleague in the SAP software.

"I received a very warm welcome straight away, was a real team member from the start and was given a big cake to say goodbye. I keep in regular contact with many of my colleagues, not only professionally but also privately," reports Pauline.

In addition to visiting many cities in the area and the Clemson University campus for a football game, her local highlights included an American barbecue together with Strama colleagues at the home of Stefan Vogl, COO of Strama-MPS U.S. Inc.
