Quick and easy handling of returned goods & repairs

Behind every relief is a good idea: In order to make the handling of your returns or repairs easier, more efficient and faster, Strama-MPS introduced an MRP (Merchandise Redelivery Process) in 2008, which has proven itself in the meantime very much to the advantage of our customers. By clearly and precisely allocating your returns and repairs, we can process them more efficiently.

By sending us the filled in MRP-form you already provide us with all important details regarding your return consignment in advance. Thus we can considerably reduce processing time and concentrate on fulfilling your requirements more quickly. 



Your return of goods is as simple as this

  • Please return the filled in MRP-form to service@strama-mps.de
  • You will immediately receive your MRP number per e-mail. This is your authorization to send the article back to Strama-MPS. Once sent to you the MRP-number is valid for 2 months.
  • Please make sure to carefully pack the article you want to return; then mark the outside of the package with the MRP-number in large bold print and send the package to the following address:

  • As soon as your consignment has arrived it will be electronically processed.
