Soldering, screwing & bending is not just a man's job!

Today we were able to introduce six girls and one boy with an affinity for technology to the world of mechanical engineering at Strama-MPS.

Throughout the day, our trainees accompanied and supported the girls in soldering, screwing and bending, guided them through the plant and gave them an insight into their apprenticeships as industrial mechanics, electronics technicians and mechatronics technicians. The girls were able to put their manual skills to the test, particularly when building a circuit board. With great dexterity, they produced a so-called “hot track”.
