The Strama Group's junior staff programme went into the next rounds: Module 3: Team leadership and development was on the agenda in Straubing.
For Module 4, the colleagues of Strama-MPS, AuE Kassel and F & K DELVOTEC Bondtechnik GmbH met at Stay2Munich, very close to our headquarters of F & K DELVOTEC in Ottobrunn.
In addition to a company visit to our innovative specialist in bonding technology, the Dreiflüsse Akademie guided the participants through the programme "Successful Conversation Management as well as Employee and Criticism Talks" during the two training days.
The next modules are Mindfulness and Resilience, Time and Self-Management and Rhetoric and will take our NWK group to Straubing again!
