Our trainees and dual students slip into the role of management
From 28.02.22 to 02.03.22, our trainees from the third year of training and dual students from the second year of training were able to demonstrate their potential as top managers at the "Unternehmen live" workshop. The business management game was conducted by the Dreiflüsse-Akademie. The young professionals learned how to run a company successfully and profit-oriented.
The contents of the business game were:
- DISG personality profile
- Questioning techniques
- Basic human motives
- Insights into corporate processes
- Experience in the commercial area, e.g. quotations and order processing
- Insights into entrepreneurial thinking and acting nationally and internationally
Teamwork was the focus of the three-day event. Networking between the trainees from Kassel and Straubing was specifically promoted. In a playful manner, the trainers explained to the young people the interrelationships between key business figures and gave them tips on how to position themselves successfully in the market. The young people were able to demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and action in group tasks and learning projects.
After the workshop, the trainees presented the topics they had developed.
