Leading into the future

Under this motto, all managers of the Strama Group came together for another milestone in the management development programme.

Accompanied by the School of Skills GmbH for two years, the conclusion of the seminar series also signalled the kick-off of a permanent leadership development programme.

The process of continuous management training and synergies between Strama-MPS, AuE Kassel and F & K Delvotec Bondtechnik will be driven forward in the future by agreeing on common guidelines.

In addition to the presentation of the certificates of participation, the evening was used for a cosy get-together to exchange ideas. Many thanks to the team led by Professor Peter Johann Schmieder!
