Junior Staff Development Programme I Fireside Evening

After the last training module "Rhetoric" was successfully completed, the certificate ceremony for this year's junior staff took place during the "fireside evening".

After a short presentation by the management, the participants from Strama-MPS and our subsidiaries AuE Kassel & F & K DELVOTEC Bondtechnik shared their experiences and lessons learned over the last six months.

However, the NWK programme is not over yet, it goes directly into the phase of project work, in which the junior staff will independently work on groundbreaking strategic topics until the middle of the year.
