Regular dialogue between our subsidiaries not only takes place on customer projects on site, colleagues also travel to our intentional locations to improve processes.
For example, Patricia and Stefan , both controllers at our Strama MPS in Straubing, recently visited our sites in Puebla and Duncan together with Martin Ebner, Managing Director, and Andreas Schmidbauer, International Business Development Manager.
In addition to getting to know the teams on site, the introduction of SAP and various controlling processes were discussed - in each case with the aim of providing mutual support and optimisation, reducing costs and standardising processes within the group of companies!
During the approximately 1 ½ weeks in North America, there was time to discover the country and its people in addition to work-related matters - a great opportunity to gain job and cultural experience at the same time!
