Inside Strama Group - Strong synergies on every line

The first cross-company sales meeting within the Strama Group was initiated.

35 colleagues from Strama-MPS, F & K DELVOTEC Bondtechnik GmbH, AuE Kassel and Multinorm GmbH met in our workshop area "Theresienplatz" in plant 2.

From interesting presentations and joint workshops to a lecture on "Cooperation & collaboration with different cultures" by Prof. Dipl. Theol. Univ. Peter Schmieder of THD - Technische Hochschule Deggendorf, there was a lot to offer on the topic of sales.

The aim of the event was to get to know each other, to promote networking and exchange within the group, as well as to present applied working methods and current projects in Sales.

The event was organized in close cooperation with our Technology Unit and our #StramACADEMY.

A big thank you to all speakers - we are already looking forward to the Sales Conference 2.0, then in the new year 2023!
