Business simulation: From trainee to manager

Our trainees and dual students were able to demonstrate their potential as top managers at the "Unternehmen live" workshop.

Teamwork was the focus of the three-day event, which specifically promoted networking between the trainees from Straubing and AuE Kassel.

Our junior staff were able to demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and action in group tasks and learning projects, learning how to run a company successfully and profit-oriented.

The trainees then presented the topics they had worked on to the entire management team and their trainers, who took plenty of time afterwards to answer questions and provide a personal insight into their respective careers.

The commercial business game was again conducted by our long-standing training partner Dreiflüsse-Akademie - many thanks for the always great cooperation!
