Welcome @ Strama Group

In the new year, we welcomed 26 new colleagues to our group of companies. Fifteen of them started at our Strama-MPS in Straubing, eight at our AuE Kassel and three at our F & K DELVOTEC Bondtechnik in Ottobrunn near Munich.

Traditionally, the welcome and introduction to our world of the Strama Group was given by our management. Over the course of the day, accompanied by our StramACADEMY, the new employees first introduced themselves to each other in an introductory game before developing creative ideas for the future development of mechanical engineering in a creative workshop on the topic of "megatrends".

We wish all 26 new colleagues a great start to their new tasks and their careers in our Strama Group!
