Organised by our #StramACADEMY, we offer regular trainings & advanced trainings. This also applies to "addiction prevention" and "telephone training" for trainees and dual students.
Divided into several teams, our trainees & dualis went through various experience-oriented exercises on awareness & recognition of addiction as well as on safe communication on the phone and in dealing with colleagues.
