New half-year - new colleagues

Traditionally, all new employees of Strama-MPS, AuE Kassel and F & K Delvotec who have joined during this period come together once a quarter at the “My Start @Stram Group” event.

During an introductory game in which different colored balls of wool, which symbolized the respective company colors, were thrown to each other, a colorful network of colors was ultimately formed, which symbolized the affiliation and synergies of our Strama Group.

Another innovation of the event was the joint workshop using the design thinking method, in which creative ideas were developed on selected megatrends with regard to the future development of mechanical engineering.

We were able to actively and creatively welcome 33 new colleagues and wish them a successful start to their careers in our Strama Group!
