A production process generates vast amounts of data. With the Strama LineDataServer, you can record machine and operational data. It also communicates with your Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
The LineDataServer (LDS) serves as a standardized interface between the control systems and higher-level MES and ERP systems; in addition to providing quality and traceability data, it also facilitates the exchange of order-related data. Communication is highly efficient and has little to no impact on the production cycle of the manufacturing plant. Our experts tailor the respective communication modules specifically to each customer and machine. A Microsoft SQL database serves as the foundation for the application.
The Strama Line Data Server serves as the central application for monitoring and configuring all data in the production plant. The application enables communication between the programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
All communication connections are displayed clearly and transparently in real time on a user interface.
Type and process data required by the controllers for their operation—such as workpiece carrier or type data—are stored centrally and can be easily and conveniently adjusted there. Changes are recorded and can be tracked.
Data for traceability within the production facility is also provided, such as the storage of current product data on the workpiece carrier.
A production process generates vast amounts of data. The Strama Line Data Server not only records process and quality data, but also machine and operational data. This data can then be visualized or further processed for later analysis—for example, using StramaAnywhere to display error messages, operational status, and other KPIs, such as availability.
