The ProMoCurve from Strama-MPS is an assembly platform for a wide variety of consumables in the life science industry, such as inhalers, insulin pens, lancing devices or laboratory disposables. It is based on a modular platform that can be expanded almost at will. We are therefore flexibly equipped for a wide range of automation options in areas such as diabetes care, injection systems and drug delivery systems. In addition, the motion sequences are characterized by mechanical control via cams. The use of this proven technology enables a maximally stable and precise process sequence.
With our machine concept, we achieve cycle times of up to one second. This is due to the combination of proven cam disk technology
and the use of the latest transfer systems. With freely positionable shuttles, we move your medical device through the necessary
testing and assembly steps and allow maximum flexibility during your production process.
By redesigning the ProMoCurve machine platform, we achieve the highest hygiene requirements for your production in the cleanroom.
Our qualification team is at your disposal from receipt of inquiry to the end of machine operation. GMP-compliant production
is ensured with the ProMoCurve assembly platform. The qualification system is based on the common V-model with DQ, IQ, OQ.
Due to a high process density and the integration of the control cabinet, we achieve minimal space consumption. This offers the advantage that your production area in the clean room is used efficiently.
In order to meet high quality and hygiene standards, the local division of product and work space takes place. The processing and assembly of your medical disposables is thus spatially separated from the drive area of the machine platform.
Due to the high degree of standardization of the machine platform, we create an automation concept tailored to your product and your defined output quantity within a very short time. Through a virtual commissioning still during the project process via a digital twin, we achieve significant advantages with regard to the required machine delivery time.
