Four young professionals have successfully completed their apprenticeships in recent weeks, marking an important milestone in their careers. Their outstanding exam results once again demonstrate the high quality of our training program and the dedication of our young professionals.
Felix Kiefl and Florian Weise, both trained electronics technicians for industrial engineering, completed their apprenticeships with an overall grade of “very good,” placing them among the top graduates of the 2025/26 winter exam in the Lower Bavaria Chamber of Commerce and Industry district. They were honored by the Lower Bavaria Chamber of Commerce and Industry for this outstanding achievement during a formal awards ceremony.
Leonie Six (Industrial Clerk) and Tim Schuhbauer (Warehouse Logistics Specialist) likewise delivered outstanding performances in the summer 2026 examinations, each passing their final examination with the top grade of 1. In recognition of their excellent results, both were awarded a book prize by their vocational school and honoured with a State Award by the district of Straubing-Bogen.
We, too, were delighted to receive a special recognition: The Lower Bavaria Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) awarded us a certificate for outstanding training performance in the winter 2025/26 final exams. This award reaffirms our commitment to providing young people with a solid and practical education in the field of special-purpose machine construction.
“We are proud of the outstanding achievements of our young talent and are delighted to accompany them on their career paths,” says Erwin Berger, Head of Training. “Successful training and targeted support for young talent are an important part of our future.”
Through quality training, we create opportunities and, together with our young talent, lay the foundation for a successful professional future.
