2026 Apprenticeship Program Kickoff: Five New Apprentices at Strama-MPS
As of this week, five new faces have joined the Strama-MPS team: Anna Hien, Ayoub Hizi, Michael Keck, Fabian Satorius, and Luca Wintermeier have begun their apprenticeships and were welcomed on their first day by their future coworkers and their trainers, Erwin Berger and Stefan Nißl.
The five have chosen very different career paths: Anna Hien is training to be an electronics technician specializing in industrial engineering; Ayoub Hizi is starting as an IT specialist with a focus on application development; Michael Keck and Luca Wintermeier have chosen to train as industrial mechanics; and Fabian Satorius is combining practical training as an industrial mechanic with his studies in a dual degree program in mechanical engineering.
After the welcome, the new trainees immediately began their first orientation days: They got to know their training areas, their trainers, and the company’s processes. To help them get to know one another and build team spirit, the program also included a group outing to the St. Englmar Climbing Park.
The fact that Strama-MPS doesn’t just talk about training but actually delivers was demonstrated once again recently: The Lower Bavaria Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) once again recognized the company in 2026 for its outstanding training achievements.
Training Manager Erwin Berger commented: “It’s important to us to continue investing in young people even during economically challenging times and to provide them with a solid and reliable start to their professional careers. Only by investing in quality training today can we ensure we have the skilled workers we need tomorrow.”
