A wide spectrum of machines is available. You can get a first overview in our Machine List. Additionally, a wire EDM machine and a bed-type milling machine (Soraluce) with a traverse in x of 4,000 mm were put into operation in the last six months. So the universality was substantially increased.

Few months ago our new paint shop with washing, spraying and drying cabin was put into operation by us. This ensures a quick cycle time for your painted components, because annoying logistic times for the transport can be eliminated.

All production components pass through our quality assurance. Among other simple measuring equipment we have available a bridge-type measuring machine from Carl Zeiss (PRISMO 10 VAST). This measuring device allows different measurement and operation strategies for size, shape and position depending on the requested accuracy or velocity. Components with dimensions up to W: 1,200 mm, H: 1,000 mm und L: 1,800 mm can be measured. The device has an accuracy of 2.7µm + L/300 (u1) and thus guarantees to solve almost all measuring tasks. We also have several manual Stiefelmayer measuring machines in column-type design for large components operated by experienced personnel. Even here we can assist you, either in handling workload peaks or to permanently solve measuring tasks for you.
