Metal cutting processes

Shortest chip-to-chip times

We integrate all metal cutting processes with maximized productivity and profitability. By appropriate tool selection and tool positioning a great number of variations and applications is possible in one cycle such as turning of contours by means of adjustable facing head for bore or trunnion machining.

Modularity and flexibility make everything possible

Concepts with an inline measurement provide maximum process and quality safety, putting the maximum wear limit to the extreme by integrated measured value feedback and automatic tool correction. Single-spindle, dual-spindle and/or multi-spindle processes are possible.

Cutting processes: e.g. milling, drilling, turning, reaming, countersinking, thread cutting, broaching, grinding, brushing

Non-cutting processes: e.g. roller burnishing (smoothing, compressing), thread forming

Depending on customer requirement the components can optionally be machined by wet method (emulsion or oil), with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) or by dry method.

Integration into downstream production processes

The cutting and non-cutting machining processes can be integrated by us anytime into concepts for downstream processes such as joining, welding, measuring, assembling, cleaning or riveting. We always keep a close eye on the compatibility of the processes as well as the profitability.
