Punch riveting machine for aluminium hardtop

For a well-known sports car manufacturer we built a punch riveting machine for hardtop manufacturing. Due to the production quantities it was sought for a concept with low space requirement, optimum material flow and high compactness. The robot punch riveting machine consists of 3 manufacturing stations which are manually loaded by the operator. For accessibility reasons the component must be turned and rotated automatically.
