2011 2009 2008	Formation of subsidiary Strama-MPS Machinery Taicang Ltd. with 2.300 sqm mounting and production area in China Acquisition of AuE Kassel GmbH as a subsidiary Rent of “Plant III” with 300 m² office space for the software department. Rent of “Plant IV” in the Ittlinger Straße 234 with 700 m² storage space. Construction of another production hall (storage) with 700 m² surface area. The company has grown to 350 employees in the meantime and achieves a turnover of more the 50 million EUR.
2007	Rent of “Plant II” in the Dresdner Straße 7 with 1,300 m² assembly space.
2005	Shareholding in the Croatian manufacturing plant Nexus d.o.o. with 25.5 %
2004	Foundation of the subsidiary Strama-MPS U.S. Inc. in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA
2003	Construction of another assembly workshop with 900 m² surface area. Meanwhile, 280 employees work for Strama-MPS.
2001	Strama-MPS Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG results from the merger Strama Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG with MPS Montage- und Prüfsysteme GmbH. Construction of an assembly workshop with 600 m² surface area.
2000	Dipl.-Ing. Alfred Michaelis retired from the company. New company structure: 80 % share held by the Rösner-Mautby GmbH & Co. Holding KG, 10 % by Mr. Werner Schmidbauer (Director of Production and Services), 5 % Mr. Helmut Petzko (Managing Director) and 5 % Mr. Herbert Wittl (Managing Director).
1997	Majority shares transferred to the Rösner-Mautby GmbH & Co. Holding KG. Mr. Peter Rösner took the responsibility for the company shares in the Strama Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG. The Motoren-Instandsetzung-Service (motor repair service) A. Michaelis GmbH & Co. KG in the Zwickauer Str. 7 is sold to Mr. Achatz.

1986	Opening of the assembly workshop with 1,800 m² surface area
1984	Senator Hans Hermann Rösner-Mautby becomes personally liable partner of the Strama Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG.
1981	Move into Ittlinger Straße 195, Industriegebiet Ost. 187 employees already work in the company. The area has 16,000 m² with more than 6,500 m² production area.
1973	Relocation of the company into Johannes-Kepler-Straße
1970	The two factories Schleif- und Bohrwerk Michaelis GmbH (motor repair shop) as well as Strama Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG (precision fixture construction) separated
1963	Construction of an own apprenticeship training center. The company had grown to 120 employees in the meantime and a total surface area of 2,000 m² is available.
1959	Construction of two production halls with 1,200 m² surface area. Fixture construction moved into Heerstraße.
1958	Business operations extended to fixture construction.
