Acquisition of AuE Kassel GmbH as a subsidiary

Rent of “Plant III” with 300 m² office space for the software department.
Rent of “Plant IV” in the Ittlinger Straße 234 with 700 m² storage space.
Construction of another production hall (storage) with 700 m² surface area.
The company has grown to 350 employees in the meantime and achieves a turnover of more the 50 million EUR.

Strama-MPS Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG results from the merger Strama Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG with MPS Montage- und Prüfsysteme GmbH.
Construction of an assembly workshop with 600 m² surface area.

2000

Dipl.-Ing. Alfred Michaelis retired from the company.
New company structure: 80 % share held by the Rösner-Mautby GmbH & Co. Holding KG, 10 % by Mr. Werner Schmidbauer (Director of Production and Services), 5 % Mr. Helmut Petzko (Managing Director) and 5 % Mr. Herbert Wittl (Managing Director).

1997

Majority shares transferred to the Rösner-Mautby GmbH & Co. Holding KG. Mr. Peter Rösner took the responsibility for the company shares in the Strama Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG.
The Motoren-Instandsetzung-Service (motor repair service) A. Michaelis GmbH & Co. KG in the Zwickauer Str. 7 is sold to Mr. Achatz.

187 employees already work in the company. The area has 16,000 m² with more than 6,500 m² production area.
