Strama-MPS has its roots in the South Bavarian city of Straubing since 1946. The motor repair facility very soon became a subcontractor supplying major traditional companies such as BMW, Bosch and ZF Passau with finished assemblies. Excellent performances are not achieved by chance, but are the result from profound knowledge and highly qualified personnel applying this knowledge with utmost care and expand it continuously. Already six decades ago the metalworking training of young people was started in the own apprentices training shop. Today the Training Spectrum is as wide as our range of products and services. Almost thousand young people obtained their vocational qualification in our company. This sense of responsibility for the coming generation will also be for the benefit of our customers, because they can fully rely on the work of these committed and loyal employees. Approximately 350 permanent employees work at three Locations in Germany, Croatia as well as in the USA and the limit is far from being reached.

We could purchase important competencies such as the design or the manufacture of components from external companies. We could leave the design development and the project management to our customers. We could rest on our laurels.
