As producing company for the automotive industry and their component suppliers we affirm our policy of a systematic quality management, the consideration and fulfillment of customer requirements and the openness in communication.
We have particular responsibility for the quality of our products and processes as well as for the preservation of our environment.
Therefore specific principles of transaction concerning every employee in our company were made an integral part of our corporate policy.
It is imperative that for all order handling functions – from project planning to the application of our products – mistakes are avoided and sources of problems without exception are fully eliminated.
In this way it is not only an enhancement of the product quality but also a counteraction to the continuing increase of costs for personnel, capital and material.
So we want to improve the competitiveness of our company and to be a reliable and flexible business partner for our customers.
We established a comprehensive quality and environmental management system enabling us to meet these requirements.
This system meets the requirements of the international standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 and the requirements of the VDA standard 6.4:2005 (VDA = German Association of the Automotive Industry), is integrated and in use company-wide.
